The terms and policies
apply to any person or legal entity:
1- who purchased or received a free service or product
from Alfainet; or
2- having used a service or product offered or served by
Alfainet.
2. Privacy Policy
Alfainet agrees to use the personal information given to
them by the customer only in its daily operations and
not to disclose them to other parties without the
permission of customers with the exception of
authorities of law enforcement, if requested by such
authorities, collection agencies when necessary, and the
organizations managing the domain name registrations as
expressed in their terms and policies.
Alfainet can share with its partners or third party, an
overall aggregate anonymous non-personal information
about its users and Web site visitors. For example, we
could provide statistics on the number of users in a
particular sector. The information would then be used
for statistical purposes and not reveal your identity at
any time.
3. Acceptable Content on a hosting account
The hosting service offered by Alfainet should be used
only in the context of legal activities. The
transmission of material that violates international
laws, provincial or local authorities is prohibited.
This includes, without being limited to, material
protected by copyright, material deemed obscene and / or
threatening and material protected by trade secret. The
customer specifically agrees to not indemnify and to
hold responsible Alfainet in the case of
non-compliance with policies or misuse of the service.
4. Policy of acceptable use of Resource
Alfainet provides web hosting high-quality and
competitive thanks to a technology for sharing large
amounts of resources among its customers. Given the
nature of this division, it is important to establish
clear and precise rules to ensure the harmonious and
quality of service for all users.
Note that only Alfainet will be able to judge whether or
not you meet the conditions of use offers shared
hosting, as listed below.
4.1. Sending of SPAM emails
The use of Alfainet servers or networks to send
unsolicited commercial communications is strictly
prohibited. In any case this type of transmission will
not be tolerated. Any account that is found to send SPAM
will be immediately suspended without notice or refund.
4.2. General content and service restrictions
4.2.1. Backups
Alfainet servers should not be used as a storage system
for backups of your local computer.

Any adult or pornographic content, including photos and
videos, is strictly prohibited on Alfainet servers.
4.2.3. Software Chat (online
chat)
The installation and use of any software web chat (chat)
in real time with PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby (or any other
server-side technology) is strictly prohibited on
Alfainet servers , unless the software is explicitly
provided by Alfainet.
4.2.4. Web Software
Any web software with exploitable vulnerabilities known
and documented on the Internet is strictly prohibited.
The Customer is responsible for properly evaluating each
software installed on their account to ensure it is
safe, while doing regular updates to minimize the risk
of problems.
4.2.5. Miscellaneous
It is forbidden to offer storage of documents,
images, files and email services and free web hosting.
Any proxy is strictly prohibited.
It is prohibited to host a mirror site.
4.3. Restrictions on Use of Resources
4.3.1. Email
Process should not send emails to more than 25
recipients at a time

forbidden to send over 200 emails per hour from your
account

make shipments to a mailing list (mailing list) by more
than 1,500 participants
4.3.2. Cron Jobs (automated
tasks)

Non-compliance
Alfainet reserves the right to refuse service
and cancel the account of a client without notice or
refund in the event of a failure to use policies.
Alfainet is not responsible for loss of income or any
other costs related to incidents caused by its servers
or discontinuation of service.

5.1. Requirements for registration and use
The registration and use of domain names is
subject to acceptance and approve of the terms and
conditions of the primary registrar

acceptance of the terms of service of the body which
manages domain type requested. Each agency has its own
eligibility criteria for the registration and use of a
domain name using its extension, it is important to read
and understand the rules on registration of the domain

after the initial request. Alfainet can not issue
refunds for a non-registered due to non-compliance with
this requirement. If necessary, Alfainet can reinitiate

Customer.

ID Protect Service
The ID Protect service allows the holder of a
domain name to hide their personal information (name,
address, email, phone number) of the public database of
domain names, called the "WHOIS". Customer must keep
their information up to date on their profile private

The ID Protect service is
non-transferable and not valid for a period exceeding
the period of registration of the domain name assigned.
The ID Protect service is non-refundable. The
satisfaction guarantee 30 days money back does not
affect the service ID Protect. The ID Protect service is
not available for all extensions of domains (TLDs). The
ID Protect service can not prevent other organizations
to publish information of the holder of field on a
database other than the "WHOIS".
7. Service guarantees
Alfainet offer
the following guarantees on its hosting services:
7.1. Guarantee "satisfied or refunded" in 30 days
If the Customer is not fully satisfied with their
hosting plan during the first 30 days of purchase,
Alfainet undertakes to refund their costs of
accommodation. The costs associated with registering a
domain name protection service ID Protect (protection
WHOIS) will be subtracted from the total repayable. If the domain name was available free or at a
reduced price when ordering the hosting package, charges
equivalent to Regular registration of the domain name in
question will be subtracted from the total repayable.
This Guarantee will not apply for services purchased
with promotions offers (codes)
7.2. Guaranteed availability
Alfainet committed to maintaining the availability of
websites for its customers 99.9% or more, calculated on
a monthly basis. Alfainet servers are considered
available if they are accessible through software
monitoring webhostingstuff (http://webhostingstuff.com). Any
interruption of service in advance will not be taken
into account when calculating uptime. In the event that
a hosting account suffers blackouts causing time service
is unavailable, Alfainet agrees to issue refunds as a
credit applied when new purchases and renewals,
according to the following cases:

2% credit
98 - 99 = 30% credit
97.99 - 95.00 = 100% credit
The reduction applies only to accommodation
costs, and not on the registration fee for domain names,
or any other services affected device. Alfainet is not
responsible for any failure resulting from incorrect
configuration of a domain name (DNS) or improper
handling of the configuration of the hosting account

Refunds will be
issued after a written request from the owner of the
hosting account in question, passed by ticket support
Alfainet via the Customer.
8. Insurance and
limited responsibilities of the supplier
Alfainet strives to provide its customers a reliable and
efficient. However, products and services are provided
as is, with possible failures and without warranty
express or implied, in order to obtain a specific result
or specific performance.
Alfainet excludes any
responsibility to anyone for any loss or damage caused
in whole or in part by act or omission on his part, or
by circumstances beyond its control. In any case,
Alfainet be liable to the customer or anyone, for any
direct, consequential or other damages (including
damages for loss of goodwill, loss of profits or other
financial loss arising from the use of products and
services or the 'inability to use) caused by its
products and services, whether foreseeable or not.
Customer agrees not to hold Alfainet any indemnify
against any claims, liability, injury, death or damage
to property or that could result from the use and / or
use of space rented accommodation By Customer. Alfainet
shall in no case be liable for any loss, theft, loss,
damage or destruction of any personal property,
including customer data stored or placed by it in space
or rented property regardless of surrounding the cause.
Under no circumstance Alfainet will be required to
provide insurance for the equipment Customer owns or
data hosted by The Client.
9.
Immediate threat
If, in the opinion of Alfainet, in a
reasonable manner, the site hosted is an immediate
threat to the integrity or performance of the hardware
or network Alfainet or other user services, or an
immediate threat to the safety of any person, Alfainet
may take measures it deems necessary, without notice to
Customer and without incurring liability for damages
that may be caused by any interruption in the course
commercial activities of the Customer (or customers of
it, where applicable). As soon as possible after the
completion of such work, Alfainet notify the customer by
e-mail to the nature of the work done or measures taken,
as appropriate.
10. Billing Method
Unless otherwise directed by the Client, Alfainet
communications billing services is by e-mail and through
the Client area, available at all times on the website
Alfainet. Any invoice for a renewal of service will be
sent 7 days before the due date of the service. It
remains the responsibility of the Client to provide a
valid email address and keep it updated at any time via
the Client area to ensure that all correspondence sent
from Alfainet well received.
11. Payments
All payments must be made in US dollars (USD). In
a first purchase, the first bill must be paid prior to
opening the account, and next bill must be paid in full
before the due date. Any bill not paid on the due date
will cause an immediate suspension of hosting account or
domain name being associated

BE RESTORED FROM BACKUPSACCOUNTS WILL BE TERMINATED
AFTER 14 DAYS OF NON PAYMENT
Customer may make
payments in the form of manual payments or
pre-approved online via PAYPAL
Alfainet reserves the right to change pricing
schedule at any time.
12. Cancellation or non-renewal of the
agreement
The agreement is automatically renewed at the end of
each payment period. Customer may cancel a service and
to prevent its renewal by sending a written request for
cancellation of service through a support ticket via the
Customer, at least 8 days before the renewal date of the
service. This request must contain the domain name or
username of the hosting account to cancel.
13. Resale
Customer may, in the normal course of business to
resell the services to its customers for their own use
subject to all terms and conditions set forth in this
Convention. In addition, Alfainet provides the Customer
Service focused specifically on the sale, allowing a
more advanced resold accounts and access privileged
administrator. Customer will act as a single point of
contact in regard to customers and you will remain
responsible for all costs and other costs payable under
this Convention. The act or omission of such a score
which would constitute a violation of this Convention if
it was because of the Client will be deemed a
contravention of this Convention by the Customer. The
Customer further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold
free Alfainet, its officers, directors and employees
(collectively, the compensation) for any damages, costs
and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising
or occurring due to any act or omission of such a
score that would constitute a contravention of this
Convention or otherwise of the execution or the failure
of a party having any dealings with this Convention.
14. Property and copyrights
Customer
represents and warrants that it is either the owner of
the content it hosts, is that it holds all necessary
rights to the content enabling it to place the contents
in the locations.
15. Entire Agreement
This Convention terms of service, terms of use and
its annexes constitute the entire agreement between the
parties, and take precedence over any other proposal,
discussion or prior writing between the parties. SUBJECT
TO ANY EXPRESS PROVISION IN THIS AGREEMENT, Alfainet
MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY,
THE DURABILITY OR FITNESS FOR USE TO WHICH THE GOODS OR
SERVICES ARE COVERED FOR OR AS TO THEIR PROPERTY OR
THEIR CONFORMITY Neither REGARDING SUCH OTHER WARRANTY
OR CONDITION FROM A LAW OR LAW OR IN THE COURSE OF
TRANSACTIONS OR USAGE OF TRADE.
16.
Separability and rehabilitation provisions.
If any part of this agreement is deemed
unenforceable or illegal or unenforceable or is
otherwise illegal, the party will be rehabilitated to
the extent necessary to ensure that this agreement
remains in force on the other terms and conditions
stipulated therein and to the extent available and is
affected rehabilitation.
17. Applicable law and jurisdiction of the
courts.
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted
under the laws of the place where is located the
headquarters of Alfainet, without regard to provisions
on conflict of laws that apply to them. For the present,
the parties acquiescent irrevocably and unconditionally
to the jurisdiction of all courts competent to sit in
appeal courts.
18. Reserve rights of Alfainet
Alfainet reserves the right to change at any time these
policies. Alfainet reserves all rights that have not
been expressly granted herein.
